成分描述：提取自植物山金車，研究發現，手術前口服山金車能減輕炎症及淤傷（出處：Archives　of　Facial　and　Plastic　Surgery，　2006年1—2月，54—59頁）。但各種草藥類專業期刊都認為，山金車對皮膚有強烈刺激，不可用於破損皮膚。一本草藥學著作指出（The　PDR　Family　Guide　to　Natural　Medicines　&　Healing　Therapies），“經常使用含山金車的化妝品會引起皮膚瘙癢、起水泡、潰瘍和皮膚壞死”（出處：IFA—International　Federation　of　Aromatherapists；　www.intfedaromatherapy.co.uk）。山金車還容易引發皮膚過敏（出處：American　Journal　of　Contact　Dermatitis，　１996年6月，94—99頁）。
