Q: 7-days return guarantee

A: We believe product should work. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide full refund or credit for merchandise returned within 7 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment. After 7 days, returns will be issued as an in-house credit that will be applied to your next purchase. In-house credits will also be applied for partial kit returns. (excluding "non-returnable products. Please contact customer service service.hk@paulaschoice.cn if you would like to return one of your purchases or gain store credits instead.

 

Q: Non-returnable products

A: Refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted if one or more following  conditions are met

1. The product has been delivered over 7 days.

2. The product has been opened or used (for example, the packaging tape or the box is torn off).

3. The product package has been damaged by human or incomplete.

 

Q: Return and exchange policy

A: The Paula's Choice Hongkong official website has a professional and cautious service attitude. All the products are double checked before the order is sent to ensure that the products are of good quality when delivered. Only the long-distance delivery journey may cause the products to be leaked,  deteriorated, or damaged. If your product is damaged when received, please contact the customer service for further help.

We will arrange the delivery again according to the shipping method of your order, and no freight will be charged. We will also compensate you the additional shipping costs incurred if you have returned the damaged product to us,

If the product is sold out, we will refund you in the original payment method of the order or if preferred, returns can also be issued as an in-house credit that will be applied to your next purchase.

 

Q: Refund method & settlement period

A: The refund will be returned to the same payment account and as the payment method of the purchase order. Most returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed. 

 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

+ Partially returned kits will be reimbursed as store credit. To be refunded back to your original method of payment, all products in the kit must be returned.

+ If an exchange is requested, a store credit will be issued for the returned item and the credit will be used to purchase the new product.

+ Products purchased with store credit will be reimbursed as store credit.

+ Promotion codes are considered a discount on the order and the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Promotion codes and discounts will not apply to exchanges.

+ We are unable to issue a refund or exchange for any gift with purchase. You do not need to return free gifts with purchase along with your other products.

+ For products purchased from other authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return/exchange information. We can only accept returns/exchanges for orders placed with Paula’s Choice HK directly.

+ If you received your product as a gift, it is eligible for a store credit or exchange. Please reach out to Client Services so we can obtain and confirm the original order details.
