This is the second moisturizer I've ordered from PC. The first time, I got the SPF 30 "Skin Recovery" one. I loved it, but it was heavy and made my face greasy at the end of the day. This one was the most affordable on the site, so I tried it next. It's great! Same SPF, but no white cast, and NO greasiness. It's so light that I use another basic moisturizer underneath to add a little moisture. It's liquidy, so you have to be careful dispensing it. No smell. Smooth application. Wonderful product. More Matte than Any Other Review by Anonymous

Hurray! This is way more mattifying than the "Resist Daily Mattifying Fluid SPF 50." So it does not have "matte" in the name but does the job way better for my oily T-zone. I have tried at least a bottle of all of Paula's SPF lotions for combo skin, both newer and older, both avobenzone and mineral based, and this one is a winner for me. Also, I find that it stings less than the Resist Mattifying Fluid. Thank you! (Posted on 2/7/2018)

I've been a PC customer for many years, and place a lot of trust in her products and her product reviews. Having had a number of incidents of skin cancers (including melanoma), this red-head takes sun protection very seriously and is willing to pay more for a superior product. I have tried a number of Paula's formulas over the years, as well as those of other companies which received positive reviews from Paula. This is my absolute favorite of all for the hot and humid summer months. It protects my very fair skin while maintaining a soft matte finish. Yes, it is very runny right out of the tube (essentially it's liquid), but it blends in well and quickly. I always used to top my sunscreen with a light foundation, but don't feel the necessity to do that with this product. And that's pretty liberating! I will say I don't typically exercise to dripping in the summer, so cannot speak to whether it runs into the eyes which some reviewers have mentioned. Not sure this will be moisturizing enough for a New England winter, but I'll wear it as far into the fall as I can. Thanks PC! Lovely SPF Review by SoCalMom

I am in my forties and live in a sunny environment, so sun protection is essential. I use this over my serum or moisturizer before I head out of the house any time of day. I don't wear face makeup except for the occasional powder blush and this product leaves a lovely smooth matte finish on my sensitive rosacea skin. I was worried about a breakout like mineral sunblock tends to produce, but my skin never had a negative reaction to this.

Fair-skinned redhead here. Have used daily sunscreen for many years (20+). I've tried most of Paula's sunscreens as well as over the counter ones. This one has arrived at number 1!!
It goes on quickly and dries to a matte finish. It never gets super shiny on me even though I have oily skin. I do reapply in the afternoon if I'm outdoors a lot. For serious beach time I opt for a higher SPF number.
It seems "liquidy" when if first goes on and I have created a little technique: pour quarter size amount in my palm, rub hands together, then with open palms I pat forehead, cheeks, nose, and neck/chest. I then have about 30 seconds to really rub it in and cover all the areas. After 30 seconds it gets a little sticky as it dries but in less than a minute it is smooth and matte. I really like the finish and have actually used it as a base before going out at night.

Great Daily SPF Moisturizer Review by Katie

I've been looking for a daily SPF moisturizer for a while and I'm so glad I found this product. It has no yucky smell, no white cast, and is extremely light weight and blends in well. It's pretty much like any other normal moisturizer that happens to have SPF. I normally put it on first thing in the morning and by the time I'm ready to do my make-up 10 or 20 minutes later, its fully absorbed and my foundation goes on just like normal. I'm so surprised that other people found this product to sting or burn. I had no stinging at all, even after dabbing around the sensitive eye area. This is my favorite sunscreen! I have tried face sunscreens from Aveeno, Eucerin, Cerave, Neutrogena, Biore, Shishedo, Cetaphil, Kiss My Face, and other Paula's Choice lines, but they all cause my make up to break up, flake, or slide after a few hours of wear, but this one does not. It absorbs quickly and leaves a non-greasy finish. I have dry, sensitive skin and even though the label recommends this for oily skin, I find it more hydrating than Paula's Choice dry skin formula sunscreens, like the moisture boost sunscreen and the skin recovery sunscreen. Since my skin is staying more hydrated with this sunscreen, I don't have to use an oil boost moisturizer at night. Also, this lotion is tinted a light yellow, so it doesn't give your face a grayish/whitish cast. Please continue to make this product! (Posted on 2/7/2018)

This product is so great and lasts for pretty long. It's the first sunscreen that doesnt break me out. Super light-weight, and it moisturizes your skin slightly (enough for oily skin). I dont know whether it fights against UVA/UVB or not cuz they didn't claim it on the product. But this by far my most favorite sunscreen+moisturizer, it doesnt sting my face, I even use a small amount around the eye area. (Posted on 2/7/2018)

I've been using this product for about 5 years now, this from spring to early fall. This product is by far the Best sunscreen I have ever used for my oily skin and fare complexion (I have tried MANY over a period of 20 years). Its fragrance free, light texture, non-irritating, applying it is a breeze and best of all, my skin radiates with it; my skin loves it!!! Its a "Must Try". I love this sunscreen! I use it everyday, even when I run in the morning. I love all the anti aging ingredients and it does not cause me to break out and it gives my skin a healthy slightly dewy glow. I am 43 and my skin has greatly improved since using this. Adenosine is a superstar ingredient for wrinkles! I like the packaging, and the fluid texture of the product. It feels like I am giving my skin a great anti aging boost by using it. I tried all three Resist Sunscreens and was not happy...two made made me look pasty, and caused white bumps on my face, and the third was wonderful but gave me a red rash every time I used it. Then I tried this one. Perfect! At least for me. It glides on effortlessly over Skin Balancing Antioxidant Serum. Just a tiny hint of coverage, which is great because now that my complexion looks so much better from PC products, I don't bother with foundation any more, but makeup does slide on over this just fine (with serum underneath). This doesn't cause any rashes or make me break out. The coverage is matt. Hardly any shine. I had had problems with burning eyes with an earlier, different product I'd tried. With this, I don't have that problem. This is a lovely, light lotion, and I'm planning to stick with it. Highly recommended. (Posted on 2/7/2018)

BEST sunscreen I've ever used! Review by Lora

I have skin prone to eczema, and it is sometimes dry even when I don't have active eczema on my face. This sunscreen has been excellent for me, as it provides hydration, does not irritate my sensitive skin, soothes my skin, and looks very nice on! There is no white cast and it dries quickly. I have a subtle "glow" when I'm wearing this. Additionally, I feel like my skin looks nicer ever since I started using it! Not as much dryness and an overall supple, youthful appearance. I've used this product for the last 7 years, ever since my daughter was on the water polo & swim teams and I was on the pool deck many many days. I've used this product since. Excellent! Definitely recommend. Actually, the Paula's Choice skincare information helped me convince both my kids the importance of skincare especially in regards to the damage that the sun WILL cause. The Best Daily Sunscreen for Oily/Combo Skin Review by Ava Okane

This is the best sunscreen I've ever used on my face - it has a high SPF, but is still extremely lightweight. My skin never gets that greasy feel that other sunscreens tend to leave, but instead leaves a perfectly matte, smooth finish. I have rosacea and all other moisturizers with sunscreen feel like a heavy mask on my face, making me hot and uncomfortable. This product fully absorbs and does't sit on my skin. It's amazing.
